At Vegamour, we want you to love your hair journey; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your products within 90 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
